The motor cables SymFlex® are optimized for use with frequency-controlled drives. A minimum of electromagnetic emission in adjecent circuits is guaranteed by the small operating capacity and inductivity of the cable, that is enclosed in meshed and foil shield (100 % cover). Recommended use with: large numer of drives, high cable lengths (> 20m), high frequencies of frequency inverters / controllers and sensitive automation electronics in the drives environment.

The use of fastening components like EMClots and EMCrimps simplifies the realization of a decentralized equipotential bonding system (CBN). The various components are provided for connecting, fastening and junction of bare conductor cables – stranded or finely stranded. It prevents issues of undefined parasitic currents and equipotential bonding is made uniform in long production lines.
It is ideal for realization of EN 50310 and close-meshed equipotential bonding systems with low impedance in machines and plants using high-frequency drive solutions.

Fastening components for conductor cables and copper cables as well as shield clamps support you to discharge parasitic or compensating currents in order to receive low impedance equipotential bonding. These components can simply be mounted on cables without using tools in order to provide an optimal shield contact. It is not necessary to readjust the spring pressure, since there is a constant pressure on cable shield.
The shield clamps are available in a standard galvanized and a brass version.
