Fastening components
The use of fastening components like EMClots® and EMCrimp simplifies the realization of a decentralized equipotential bonding system (CBN). The various components are provided for connecting, fastening and junction of bare conductor cables – stranded or finely stranded. It prevents issues of undefined parasitic currents and equipotential bonding is made uniform in long production lines.
It is ideal for realization of EN 50310 and close-meshed equipotential bonding systems with low impedance in machines and plants using high-frequency drive solutions.
EMClots® fastening components
EMClots® are ideally suited for the implementation of EN 50310 to implement close-meshed, low-impedance equipotential bonding systems in machines and systems using higher-frequency drive solutions (VSD). EMClots® are fixed with mounting screws M6x9.

EMCrimps fastening components
The EMCrimp are ideally suited for implementing close-meshed, low-impedance equipotential bonding systems in accordance with DIN EN 50310 in machines and systems with the use of higher-frequency drive solutions (frequency converter). With an electro-hydraulic hand press, the components can be used for the permanent connection of conductor ropes - both very fine- and multi-stranded. The integrated drill hole is used for fastening.

Conductor cables
Tin-plated conductor cables suit the construction of an equipotential bonding system in accordance with DIN EN 50310. Thanks to the tinning the cables have a lower impedance than an applicable solid conductor and therefore offer a higher discharge capacity for higher frequent currents (kilohertz range).
Conductor cable "class 8" isolated, suitable for torsion
The conductor cables class 8 (isolated) are highly flexible (according to DIN 46438) for specific applications. Through their abrasion-resistant coating and their special, torsion structure these cables can be used in drag chains and robots. With their finely stranded structure (max. 0.07 mm Ø) and the tinning they have a lower impedance and a higher flexibility than an applicable solid conductor and therefore offer a higher discharge capacity for higher frequent currents (kilohertz range).
Multi-frequency conductor cable
The multi-frequency conductor cables are highly flexible according to DIN 46440. Through the finely stranded core, combined with a tinned shielding braid the cables feature an extraordinary discharge capacity for lower and higher frequent currents. The multi-frequency conductor cables are suitable for the realisation of a meshed equipotential bonding system according to DIN EN 50310.
Conductor cable "class 7" tinned and extra-fine wired
Type of application: highly-flexible use
Conductor cables class 7 consist – depending on the diameter – of up to 4116 individual tinned copper wires twisted together. According to EN 60228 they are highly flexible cables class 6, column 6. They are applicable for the realisation of an equipotential bonding system according to DIN EN 50310.
Conductor cable "class 7" tinned and extra-fine wired
Type of application: highly-flexible use
Conductor cables class 7 consist – depending on the diameter – of up to 4116 individual tinned copper wires twisted together. According to EN 60228 they are highly flexible cables class 6, column 6. They are applicable for the realisation of an equipotential bonding system according to DIN EN 50310.
Conductor cable class 5 tinned fine-wired
Type of application: flexible use
The conductor cables class 5 consist of up to 128 single tinned drilled copper wires (depending on Ø). They are flexible wires of class 5, column 3, certified according to EN 60228. The cables are available in isolated and non-isolated style. Both are suitable for the junction of devices and components and therefore for the realisation of an equipotential bonding system according to DIN EN 50310.
Conductor cable class 2 tinned and twisted
Type of application: fixed installation - combinable with EMClots
The conductor cables class 2 consist of up to 19 individual tinned copper wires twisted together. According to EN 60228 they are stiff cables of class 2, column 1. They perfectly suit the construction of an equipotential bonding system in accordance with DIN EN 50310. -
Shield contacts, terminals, clamps
Fastening components for conductor cables and copper cables as well as shield clamps support you to discharge parasitic or compensating currents in order to receive low impedance equipotential bonding. These components can simply be mounted on cables without using tools in order to provide an optimal shield contact. It is not necessary to readjust the spring pressure, since there is a constant pressure on cable shield. The shield clamps are available in a standard galvanized and a brass version.

Cables
The motor cables SymFlex® are optimized for use with frequency-controlled drives. A minimum of electromagnetic emission in adjecent circuits is guaranteed by the small operating capacity and inductivity of the cable, that is enclosed in meshed and foil shield (100 % cover). Recommended use with: large numer of drives, high cable lengths (> 20m), high frequencies of frequency inverters / controllers and sensitive automation electronics in the drives environment.
