The PROFI-TM Professional is detected by the Diag Suite, but measurement is not possible.
Please check, if the firmware of the PROFI-TM Professionals is newer than the release of the Diag Suite software. Then an update of the Diag Suite would be necessary. Please download this update here. If the latest release of the PROFIBUS Diagnose Suite is already installed, please check in the Device manager if the driver of the PROFI-TM Professional is installed correctly. Otherwise please install the software again (Please note: administrator rights are required).
