Customer information on the BSI warning "Log4Shell" (CVE-2021-44228)

Since last Tuesday, we have received an increasing number of enquiries as to whether Indu-Sol products are affected by the Log4Shell security vulnerability. The critical security vulnerability (Log4Shell) in the widely used Java library Log4j leads to an extremely critical threat situation according to the assessment of the Federal Agency for Information Security (BSI). The BSI has therefore published a cyber security warning of warning level red.
Are Indu-Sol products affected by the Log4Shell security vulnerability?
With this customer information we would like to inform you that no Indu-Sol product is affected by the discovered Log4Shell vulnerability. The endangered Java library is currently not used in any of our products.
